We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be returned in their original packaging. For example, necklaces must be returned in their original pouch and tin, and earrings must be returned attached to their original card. Items returned without their original packaging may be subject to an $8 restocking fee.
