How do I join?
It’s free and easy! Create a profile on our Golden Grove platform, which will be on the Oh Clem website. Once registered you will begin earring points on purchases!
How do I earn points?
We call points "clementines." You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent (after discount on subtotal of order). You can earn more points by taking actions like, joining our Facebook Hype Club, tagging us on social media, sharing photos with our community and more!
👉 Important: When checking out make sure to use the same email address linked to your loyalty account so your points are automatically added.
What are the rewards?
You can redeem your points for:
- Store credit ($1 off for every 10 points)
- Exclusive members-only discounts
- Birthday surprises and seasonal bonuses
You can also create a coupon code from your available points and save it for later use. Your saved codes will appear under your Golden Grove Loyalty account, where you can view or apply them anytime at checkout.
How do I check my clementines balance?
You can view your balance by simply logging into your online account.

Can I combine loyalty rewards with other promotions?
Yes! In most cases, loyalty rewards can be combined with other offers, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of a specific promotion.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you used points to pay for an order, and you return the items, those points will be refunded back to your account.
Can I share my loyalty account?
Each loyalty account is personal and linked to one customer. Points and rewards are non-transferable.
Are product reviews part of the loyalty program?
Not at this time. Reviews and review codes will continue to be separate from the loyalty program. You’ll still receive review codes via email as usual for leaving feedback on your purchases. Maximum 5 codes awarded. Any changes or integrations in the future will be announced in advance.

How do tiers work?
Each tier unlocks exclusive offers just for its members. Once you reach a new tier, you’ll keep your status through the rest of the calendar year and the next 12 months.
