What is my Oh Clem jewelry made of?

Oh Clementine jewelry is designed to be irritation-free and tarnish-proof. We use high-quality hypoallergenic metals that are commonly used in surgical instruments and medical implants, such as, 316L stainless steel and F136 titanium.

On each product page, you can see which materials a particular item consists of.

My order has issues, what should I do?

If your order is less than perfect upon arrival, please let us know! You can send a photo and email to our customer service team and we will get back to you asap. Contact us at hello@ohclem.com or tap the chat button in the bottom right hand corner.

I changed my mind, can I return my order?

All unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. All returns must be sent back unused, in original packaging. Have you worn your jewelry and decided it's not for you? Please still reach out! We want our customers to be fully satisfied. 

I forgot to use a promo code on the order I just placed, can I still get my discount?

Unfortunately we can't go back and apply a coupon code on an order already placed. 😢

Should I choose Screw Back Earrings or Regular Post Earrings?

All stud earrings are made from high-quality metals, so both options are irritation-free and tarnish-proof.

The backs of our Screw Back Stud Earrings screw onto a threaded post. This helps them stay tight and secure until you choose to unscrew them! The screw back posts are a bit thicker and shorter than regular back posts. However, most people don't notice and your piercing won't be noticeably stretched. 

Our Regular Post Stud Earrings are also a great option. They come standard with our silicone "Flower Backs." All of our earring backs are designed to be large enough to not risk becoming embedded in the back of the ear lobe.

For Regular Post Studs, you can upgrade to one of our other two silicone back options: Bubble Backs and Mushroom Backs. Bubble Backs protect from poking, while Mushroom Backs are our most secure silicone back option.

Which Backs should I choose for my Regular Post Earrings?

Each Regular Post stud earrings comes standard with our silicone Flower Backs. They're comfortable, and big enough that you don't have to worry about them becoming embedded in the back of your ear lobe.

Bubble Backs are perfect for girls who hate getting poked by earring posts! These backs are a bit bigger, so they cover the entire earring post and protect behind the ear. 

Mushroom backs are extra secure, so earrings stay in the ears and not in the carpet, backyard, or bed! Their shape makes them easy to take off without pinching little ears. If you’re looking for a solution to lost earrings - these are for you!

Are Oh Clementine Screw Backs easy to get on and off?

YES. It might feel different at first because the screw backs are small for an adult hands to hold. However, after a little practice, they're easy! Making sure the screw back is on the post straight is very important and will make screwing and unscrewing much easier. 

The post of a Screw Back Earring is slightly a thicker gauge (or in other words, is a thicker post) than normal earrings. This may take some getting use to. If inserting for the first time, we suggest sliding another earring in first to make sure the piercing hole is ready. Waiting to insert Screw Back Earrings after a warm shower will help soften the piercing as well.
