This year, we were trying to figure out, if Oh Clem could dress up for Halloween, what would she be? We would want to be kind, clever, creative and classic...and let's be honest, there are so many great classics, but none of them seem to fit us...Vampires, superheroes, witches, ghosts, a black cat. But when we thought about who we really are, one costume floated in on the east wind with perfect posture and impeccable timing.
Mary Poppins!
Practically Perfect (well, we try and if it's not perfect, we make it right!)
Like Mary, we believe in doing things beautifully and doing them right. From the first sketch to the final delivery, we don’t cut corners.
We keep one hand on our umbrella (strategy), one hand on our bag (endless ideas), and our head firmly in the clouds (because that’s where the good ideas live).
The Carpet Bag of Possibilities
What would be inside our carpet bag?
- A pantone color book that somehow always fits.
- A backup plan that turns out even better than Plan A
- A measuring tape that reads, “Practically perfect in every brainstorm.”
- And maybe, a spoonful of sugar (actually we love gummy candies!) for the hard parts of every project.
A Gentle Hand, a Clever Mind
Mary’s kindness isn’t just about being nice, it’s about knowing what people need before they do. She listens, observes, and brings a touch of magic to even the most ordinary moment.
That’s how we think about customer service at Oh Clem.
We believe great service should feel effortless, not because it’s easy, but because it’s crafted with care. Like Mary herself, we show up prepared, stay calm in the chaos, and always find a way to turn a “hmm” into a “wow.”
Up and Away
If Oh Clem showed up to a Halloween party dressed as Mary Poppins, we’d be the ones helping hang the decorations (because in every job that must be done there's an element of fun!), handing out extra candy (a spoonful of sugar helps everything) and making sure everyone is having fun (because it's a Jolly Holiday). We’d tell stories, sing along to the music, and have the best time.
And when the party was over, we’d float off with a smile, knowing we’d met new friends, shared a little joy (got a haul of candy to share!) and left the room brighter than we found it.
Because that’s what we love most: leaving every space, every project, and every person a little brighter than before.
