Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Oh Clementine, our Feather TUFF™ titanium line is made to last. We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our titanium jewelry products. This Warranty reflects our commitment to quality and long-lasting performance.

1. What This Warranty Covers

Oh Clementine Feather TUFF warrants that Feather TUFF™ Titanium Jewelry products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for the lifetime of the product.

If a covered defect arises, Oh Clementine Feather TUFF will repair the product or replace the product with the same item or a comparable item of equal value. Oh Clementine Feather TUFF’s agreement to repair or replace the product is the exclusive remedy for breach of the warranty, and without limiting this exclusivity, Oh Clementine Feather TUFF will never be liable to any person for incidental or consequential damages. If Oh Clementine Feather TUFF is unable to repair or replace the product or the repair or replacement remedy provided hereby fails of its essential purpose, Oh Clementine Feather TUFF will refund the original purchase price. 

2. Definition of “Lifetime”

For purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” refers to the functional lifetime of the jewelry product, meaning the period during which the product remains reasonably usable under normal wear and intended conditions. This warranty does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, or surface changes)
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications (i.e., this warranty is void if there are any unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications to the product)

4. Eligibility

This warranty applies to the current owner of the Feather TUFF™ Titanium Jewelry product, whether purchased directly or received as a gift. To be eligible for this Warranty, the product must be registered with Oh Clementine Feather TUFF within 60 days following purchase or receipt.

5. Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, the purchaser must:

  • Contact Oh Clementine Feather TUFF customer support at warranty@ohclem.com
  • Follow instructions for returning the product for evaluation

Oh Clementine Feather TUFF reserves the right to inspect the product to determine warranty eligibility.

6. Shipping & Costs

Warranty claims may be subject to a processing fee. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs associated with submitting a warranty claim. 

7. Discontinued or Changed Products

If the original product has not been restocked or is no longer available, Oh Clementine Feather TUFF may replace it with a comparable product of equal value, or may refund the purchase price, as determined at Oh Clementine Feather TUFF’s discretion.
